The most valuable thing you own is also the least documented.
A house is a thousand small facts.Stellora keeps them.
The model number of the dishwasher. Which warranty still has two years on it. Who fixed the water heater, when, and what it cost. When the filter was last replaced, and when it's due again. The pets' routines, and which plants need what. It's scattered across drawers, inboxes and memory — Stellora writes it down and keeps it current.

Where the two products meet
The two sides connect.
A homeowner links their house manager to a property. The manager sees the care record — pets, plants, routines, contacts, emergency information — and never the finances, the appliances or what any of it cost, which stay the owner's alone. They work from the real record instead of a six-month text thread, log each visit back against it, and the homeowner sees what happened without asking.
Consented. Scoped per property. Revoked the second the job ends. That's the whole reason Stellora is two products and not one.
The most valuable thing you own is also the least documented.
A house holds decades of decisions — what was installed, who serviced it, what it cost, what is still under warranty, what has to happen before winter. Almost none of it is written down anywhere. The person who knows it all is you, and only until you forget.
Pricing
The same for both products. No trial and no free tier — you'll be asked to subscribe when you sign up.
Renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time from billing and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We email a reminder before each annual renewal. Cancelling doesn't erase anything — your record is still there if you come back. You can export it, or permanently delete it, yourself at any time. Full detail in the Terms.
FAQ
- Is my alarm code safe?
- Stellora asks for alarm codes, gate codes and where the spare key is. That is a lot to ask, so here is exactly what happens to them.
- Encrypted before they're stored. AES-256-GCM, with a per-account key that is itself wrapped by a master key held outside the database. A copy of the database on its own does not open them.
- Every reveal is logged. Who unsealed which vault, from where, and when — never the value itself. You can read your own reveal history any time.
- There is no admin screen that shows them. Stellora's internal tooling was deliberately built without one. That was a decision, not an oversight.
- Sharing is scoped and revocable. Access is granted per property, per section, and ends the moment you end it.
- What is a house manager?
- The person you trust with your keys and your codes — a house sitter, a pet sitter, or someone who looks after your home on an ongoing basis. They feed the pets, water the plants, take in deliveries, let the plumber in, and keep an eye on the place while you're away. It's a different job from a property manager, who works for a landlord and handles tenants, leases and rent. Stellora Pro is built for the trusted person in a home somebody actually lives in, not for running a rental.
- How long does this take to set up?
- You don't do it in one sitting, and you're not meant to. Start with what you already know — the appliances you can see, the vendor you called last — and add the rest as it comes up. Sections you don't need can be marked not applicable and hidden, so the parts of the house you don't have never clutter the parts you do.
- What if my house doesn't have something on the list?
- Mark it "Not applicable". It moves into a grayed group at the bottom of the list, and out of your handoff report. No pool, no HOA, no basement: none of it clutters the sections you do use. Nothing is deleted, and you can turn a section back on whenever you like. The house you have is the one the app should show you.
- Is there a free trial?
- No — and no free tier. The price is on this page so that nothing about money is a surprise after you sign up. That was a deliberate choice.
- Do I need both products?
- Most people need one. The exception is a house manager who also owns their own home — that person wants both, and a single sign-in covers them. Each product is billed separately, and holding one never gates the other.
- Can I add more than one property?
- Yes — two homes are included. A second home, a rental, a parent's house: each one is its own record, with its own appliances, vendors, routines and handoff. If you need more than two, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
- Can my partner have their own login?
- Not yet — Stellora Home is one login per household today. You can record who lives in the house, including their contact details, but they don't each get their own sign-in. If that matters to you, say so through the feedback button; it is exactly the kind of thing that decides what gets built next.
- What is a handoff report?
- A printable summary of everything about one property: the pets' routines, who to call, where the water shuts off, what's still under warranty, what needs doing. You choose which sections go in it, and your access codes stay hidden unless you deliberately include them. Most people make one for a house sitter or a guest, but it's the same page you'd hand a family member, keep with your own records, or pass on to whoever buys the house. It prints from any browser, and the person you give it to needs no account.
- What if the person watching my house doesn't use Stellora?
- That's the normal case. You generate a handoff — you pick which sections go in it, including whether codes are included — and give them that. They need no account.
- What if something's missing, or broken?
- If your house has something Stellora doesn't cover, or something isn't working, there's a feedback button on every screen once you're signed in. Pick what kind of thing it is — something's broken, a change to how it looks, an idea, or just "I'm confused by this" — and write a sentence. It notes which page you were on and comes straight to us, and we reply from a real inbox. Stellora is small enough that this genuinely decides what gets built: several things in the product today started as one of these messages.
- Can I get my data out, or delete it?
- Yes to both, from your account settings, without emailing anyone. Export gives you your records; deletion removes the account permanently.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and there are no ads in Stellora. That's in the Privacy Policy, not only here.
- Is there a phone app?
- Not yet. Stellora runs in any browser and works on a phone. Native apps for the App Store and Google Play are planned for early 2027.
- Is there anything I shouldn't upload?
- Please don't upload your deed, your title, or anything showing a full bank, card or ID number. Stellora is for how your home runs, not for the papers that prove who owns it. Appliance manuals, warranties, permits, paint codes and vendor receipts are what this is for; the originals that prove ownership or identity belong wherever you already keep them. The same goes for a photo of one — a picture of a deed is still a deed.
- Who's behind it?
- One person. I house-sit and pet-sit, and I built Stellora for the homes I look after. Stellora Home LLC is independent — no investors, no ads — and you can reach a real person at hello@stellorahome.com.
How this started
It started as a side gig.
I house-sit and pet-sit. It started as something I did on the side and turned into looking after a lot of homes — and for some of my older clients, into being their house helper: the person they call when something needs doing, or needs someone they trust to be there for it.
The same thing happened at nearly every one. Everything the house needed was in somebody's head — which breaker is which, who to call about the furnace, what the cat will and won't eat, where the water shuts off. Every visit started by going through it again, and when something went wrong, the answer was wherever the owner happened to be.
It mattered most for the people I was helping the most. Decades of knowing a house, none of it written down anywhere their family could reach — so when they needed a hand, or somebody had to step in for them, all of it had to be rebuilt from memory.
Then it stopped being about clients. My parents are getting older and live in different states, in houses that have nothing in common with each other or with mine. I found out the hard way during a medical emergency — trying to sort out a house from a distance, not knowing who to call, or where anything was, or what had already been handled.
So I wrote it down once, and then I built the thing I had been wishing for.
I hope you and your family find it as helpful as I do.
