Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Stellora LLC (“Stellora,” “we,” “us”) operates Stellora, a home- and house-management service offered as two products: Stellora Home for homeowners and Stellora Pro for house managers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using Stellora you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information. Your email address, and your name if you provide it. We use passwordless “magic link” sign-in, so we do not store passwords.
- Content you add. In Stellora Home: your properties (including addresses), appliances, maintenance records, vendors, documents, supplies, and to-dos. In Stellora Pro: your clients and their contact details, pets, visits and check-ins, invoices, mileage, expenses, and business settings.
- Sensitive access information. Home and property access codes, lockbox codes, and entry instructions you choose to store. These “vault” fields are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) with per-account keys, and are shown masked until you explicitly reveal them.
- Uploaded files. Photos and documents you upload, stored in private object storage.
- Connections between products. When a homeowner links to a house manager, a limited, permissioned set of data flows through that link (e.g. a service request or a visit log) so the two can work together. You control these links and can remove them.
- Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store a billing reference and your subscription status — we do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details directly.
- Technical data. Basic operational logs, rate-limiting counters, and error diagnostics used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Stellora and its features.
- To authenticate you (sending magic-link sign-in emails).
- To process subscriptions and manage billing.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads or use your content to target advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that help us operate Stellora, under their respective terms and privacy commitments:
- Supabase — database hosting.
- Cloudflare R2 — private file storage for your uploads.
- Stripe — subscription payments.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (your sign-in links).
- Sentry — error monitoring/diagnostics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive vault fields, per-account data isolation, access controls, and passwordless authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
Your rights and choices
- Access & export. You can export your data from your account at any time.
- Update. You can edit or remove your content from within the app.
- Delete. You can permanently delete your account, which removes your data across both products, including connections, logs, and uploaded files.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated data. Some limited records may persist briefly in backups or where retention is required by law.
Children
Stellora is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app or by email.
