Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stellora, operated by Stellora LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Stellora you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Stellora provides two products on one platform: Stellora Home (for homeowners) and Stellora Pro (for house managers). A single account may use one or both. Stellora is currently offered as an early-access service and may change as we improve it.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keeping your email account secure is important — anyone with access to your inbox could access your Stellora account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Each product is a separate subscription, billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($80/year) through Stripe. If you subscribe to both products, the second is discounted (20% off) for as long as you keep both active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Stellora for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
- Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
- Upload content you don't have the right to store or share.
5. Your content and others' information
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. If you store information about other people — for example, a house manager storing a client's contact details, a property's address, or access codes — you represent that you have the necessary rights and consent to do so, and that you will handle that information responsibly. You are responsible for the accuracy of access codes and entry instructions you store.
6. Disclaimers
Stellora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. As an early-access product, features may change or be discontinued.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellora LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using Stellora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above; continued use of Stellora after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
